Day 12: Fasting & Praying

John 13:34-35, A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Heavenly Father, You showed Your Love for us first by sending Jesus to die on the cross at Calvary and redeem us while we were yet in sinners. And so Lord, for this we say Thank You. Now Lord, we open our hearts to receive Your amazing love today. Lord, we confess Your unfailing love toward us has captured our hearts and minds. We confess Your love for us is inspiring us, motivating us and moving us with compassion to love one another sacrificially and give cheerfully in Jesus’ name. We confess people in the world are seeing we are the true disciples of Jesus Christ because of our love for one another. We declare our love for one another is no secret, and we put our love on public display for all to see, so Jesus Christ might be magnified and glorified. We decree and declare saints and sinners are running to see about this love, inquire about this love, and learn about this love, that they may receive this love that God has given us and has made available to them also through Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, we declare the joy of knowing You is our strength. And so we confess our joy and happiness is growing, increasing, adding and multiplying this year as we study and learn more about You oh God. So Heavenly Father, we ask by faith in Jesus’ name that You reveal Yourself more and more to us this year, that we might grow in grace and comprehend the length, the width, the height and depth of Your love for us. Show us Your glory Oh God like You showed Moses. With each new revelation of Your Name, we pray our hearts are filled with an increasing measure of Your joy. Lord as we invite Your presence into our lives, our homes, in our relationships, in the classrooms, in the corporate office and executive boardrooms, in our church services, when we gather together in-person or on social media, and wherever we may be, Lord, we open our hearts to receive the fullness of joy You have for us in Jesus’ name. Lord, we Thank You for Your peace being far beyond our ability to comprehend. And because You have given us Your peace Oh God, we do not worry or fear. But instead we pray about everything, giving You Thanks for all the wonderful things You have done and are about to do this year in Jesus’ name. And because You do all things well, we confess with assurance we have the peace of God in our hearts and minds, and we receive it now in Jesus’ name. Heavenly Father, our souls rejoice today and we boast of the love, joy, peace, and all the awesome fruit of the spirit we have in Christ Jesus. We bless Your Holy Name and give You all the glory for these wonderful blessings we confess now by faith in Jesus name. Amen.
